Is there still a little Italy in Kansas City? If so where is it and what restaurants or stores are recommended? I heard it was on the north end but it moved somewhere else?? I'll be visiting soon and was wondering where to go

It's not in KC proper anymore. I was there on business and the northside has one Italian deli and two restaurants.
