I find it amusing that in smaller families outside of NY it seems like alot of guys are almost making more off their legitimate businesses then they do off the rackets. I can understand it's "easy extra money" but I thought the whole purpose of being part of the mafia was to not hold a regular job? You have no idea what anyone is making.

anyone know Who were the Detroit guys who were hitters and had A pest control business? they had business cards that said exterminators . Antonino (Tony the Exterminator) Ruggirello, Jr he is 79. He is still alive a capo apparently till recently he is now retired. He had co-ownership of a pest extermination company (Atlas Pest Exterminators) with Tony Giacalone in the 1970s and 80s. yes he was a real hitter in his younger days deeply feared
