It doesn't matter if she consented or not Furio. She's a child (as recognized by law) And by definition not fully capable of understanding the consequences of her actions. Whoever trafficked her is fully responsible for her actions, IE Orefice is responsible.

Thanks for the responses everyone.

I looked up that 15 year old prostitution case, thats pretty shocking. Also read up about Christy Tick and Michael Mancuso. I remember reading somewhere that LCN had rules that you could never hit, kill, or rape a woman. Is that bullshit then or are these guys the exceptions?

In prison, guys who get convicted of rape or kill a woman are targeted by the rest of the inmates but these guys get made, wtf.

The mob is hypocritical and full of criminals. The rules only matter when they're convenient.

My mother was a social assistant and said me that even the worst criminal hate who rape children. In the prison the pedophiles must stay separated by the other inmates because will be killed immediately.
Its the only rules that wasnt broke.

What happens if you commit any of these crimes after you've been made? Do you get shelved or killed etc.

Before my time, but I understand that back then, often if a young girl's parents knew the girl had had sex, consensual or not, they would go to the police to have the boy arrested for rape.So it's possible that it was a consenting girlfriend. What always pisses me off is when you hear of a hit where an innocent person gets killed when it could have be avoided. Like that murder down in Florida where that associate, Vincent D'Angola, gets killed along with his innocent girlfriend. They could have killed him another time when he was alone.
