in actuality, in my experience, i have found that men like you are actually the harmless ones. the ones that don't give you fair warning of their eccentricities are the ones to worry about.

i do have to compliment myself that i haven't reached the FAT stage, very much on the contrary (could use some FAT in some places ) . when does that happen? i'm a complusive runner but i'm sure one day the metabolism will lock up.

no reason to ever let yourself get fat. There are only excuses. Everyone has to WORK at it after a certain point, it doesn't come as easily or naturally as it did when you're 19 true. It's worth it though, I like the high from working out. Life is a succession of trade-offs.
