A video surfaced on the net and posted on Grillonautas 2 YouTube account of U.S inmates and gang leaders in a federal maximum security prison that vow to protect El Chapo, if he is extradited to the U.S. The inmates and gang leader state is that they control the maximum prison have bought C.OS, the Ward, that they have drugs, women and alchohol. They show their proof that that is indeed a federal maximum prison by showing the fence and lights outside the cell and prsion inmates playing cards at night. I will probably translate the video when I have time but for now what do you guys think? Is it true they are in a maximum security prsion(it seems like it) and I wonder which one they are?
I just find it kind of dumb that they would release something like this for all to see. Why give law enforcement any info what so ever if they're for real?

Yeah it was kinda dumb but it gives perspective that U.S prisons aren't safe from corruption like in Mexico. Most U.S citizens think that their(our) country is free from shit like this but they couldn't be more wrong. I used to be locked up in a jail in Texas and there was a LOT of corruption, I mean they even let in 2 women in from my knowledge and many gang leaders/high gang leaders eat restaurant food instead of jail food. There is a lot of corruption in U.S jails/prisons and this highlights it very well. We're no that different from Mexico in my opinion.

There's definitely lots of corruption in US prisons, no doubt about it. Inmates get their hands on so many things that would've otherwise been extremely hard or impossible without the help of prison staff and others but I wouldn't go that far to say that it's not that different than Mexico.
Just a little surprised as usually prison gangs have pretty strict rules about releasing info and plans. Usually nothing like this is tolerated.

I didn't say were no different from Mexico. Mexico is more corrupt obviously but like I said there is a LOT more corruption than many people known. Even within the Border Patrol and local authorities. It is a lot worse than people think. I don't know what to say about this video except that there is obvious corruption or how real the threat is but obvious one of the inmates say is kinda exaggerated like letting El Chapo out or escape but it seems it was an organized meeting. I doubt low raking inmates could all be in a group of a cell of 2 people with a phone. How did the inmates let 6 people in a 2 man cell? This is obvious corruption the public isn't aware about.
If the Chapo will be extradated in the usa won't have en easy life. The government will buy him in a cell for 24 h a day. The idiot that made the video will be transfered in an another prisons. The government cant let think that the us prisons are like the Mexico prisons. For sure there are corruption but at some levels I dont think that there are no honest men.
