A lot of the guys these days in the life are heavily tatted , so it makes sense to me that they would extort tattoo parlors.....

They need the local clientele and obviously need to open their door in that neighborhood every day .

They bled them slowly and could not ask for big money , street guys watch and can tell what kind of cash they are bringing in and don't ask for to much so not to put them out of business right away .

They probably have 100 places and each one is different protection from Russians blacks and other Italians it's the name of the game .
