I am wondering what will happen to Sammy the Bull when he is released from prison in Arizona in 2019. It seems Anthony Gaspipe Casso (in the same prison) said Sammy hardly ever leaves his cell, except for food. Sammy left the restrictive Witness protection Program and began living fairly openly (or as openly as an Ecstasy manufacturer can do) in Arizona, but there is still an open hit on him from back in New York.

More likely than not he'll be watching a lot of TV and going to doctor's appointments. He's a sick man with Grave's disease and it's said he'll be lucky to be leaving prison on two feet considering he's not been well.
As for the "contract"; anyone who would care enough to enforce it is either in prison, dead or getting spoon fed by nurses.
This life of ours, this is a wonderful life. If you can get through life like this, hey, thats great. But it's very, very unpredictable. There are so many ways you can screw it up.-Paul Castellano (he would know)

Exactly..Everyone is basically gone..nobody gives a rats ass about him anymore.Unless you get some young idiot to prove a point..Or If Genie wants to avenge his Brother...You never know what goes on in their minds.
