I had a question for all of the UK members on here. I'm going to be traveling to England next month and I was trying to see the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child play at the Palace Theatre. I almost purchased my ticket yesterday but before doing so, I stumbled upon an article about how, in an effort to curb scalpers, the theatre won't be honoring tickets purchased on the secondary market. In doing further research, from my understanding, if you already have your physical ticket in hand, you're usually fine. However, if you need to pick up your ticket from the box office, the box office is requiring the original e-mail conformation. If this is not produced, they will deny you entry. I was wondering if anyone either has any personal experience or knows somebody who went through this ordeal? Obviously the tickets are marked up and I'm traveling from out of the country so I don't want to be out money or the opportunity to go. Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks!
