Like I said before, the best thing would be a Mob Anthology series on HBO or Netflix. Where every episode has a different story and lasts 90 minutes or so. Episode 1 for example could be about the first Colombo war, episode 2 about the Pizza Connection and episode 3 about the rise and fall of Joey Massino. Every episode is a story by itself and has a definitive ending, which keeps it interesting. This way you can also present a lot of the more unknown stories, instead of rehashing the Gotti story or the Donnie Brasco case for the umpteenth time. A season would have 13 episodes, which would basically be 13 movies.
If they'd put great writers like David Chase, George Pelecanos or Vince Gilligan on it and a cast of superb character actors, a thing like this would be a smash hit because everybody loves a good Mob story. Personally I'd be the most interested in a story about Carlos Marcello. Yeah, a series would be cool. Sort of like the nat geo doc series from a few years ago but more in detail and more obscure information but also if it was like a sopranos like thing.

the 1957 Apalachin meeting Having heard "bits and pieces" of this meeting from a person that was actually in attendance, I would enjoy seeing how the events are portrayed.

More than say his name, years ago I posted a picture of me sitting at the table with Michael Genovese. That clear it up for you?

I know he is, just don't see the big deal in mentioning dead mobsters on the internet. That's cool you knew him, what was he like? Dead mobsters are often discussed on the internet. Let alone by anyone who actually spent personal time with actual bosses. Obviously no big deal for you. So why care with what he was like? That being said: Michael was all about the "Benjmains". Very intelligent, very good looking, always well dressed even for weeks at a time at a hunting camp. Also quite a ladies man. Unlike Jo Jo, Charlie and Zebo, it took Michael several years before he really warmed up to me. Later I met Chuckie Porter thru him.

I would like to see a fiction one, about a boss of one of the five families and how he interact with the other families in ny and around the us, and does busniess with them, and the problems in his own family, on his other own family - his wife and childrens. LOL That's the plot of the Sopranos, only Tony would be the boss of a NY family instead of a NJ one. I know but this time a ny boss, and without a psychiatrist Ya, but keep the young woman that sells Ferrari's :-)

I'd like to see a series about Philly. 1960's - Bruno, Scarfo, Merlino, Ligambi, ending with "old is new again" weird era we have now.

Make movies about the following great books:
Murder Machine Takedown: The Fall of the Last Mafia Empire The Valachi Papers (remake) The Sinatra Club The Good Rat The Last Godfather: The Rise and Fall of Joey Massino Mob Boss: The Life of Little Al D'Arco Boss of Bosses: The FBI and Paul Castellano
And CANCEL the Gotti Movie!
Ive said it b-4 & i'll say it again..BLOOD & HONOR would make a great movie or doc. They should've done a black comedy back in the 90's or early 2000's about the Scarfo/Riccobene war, with Joe Pesci as Nicky Scarfo and Danny DeVito as Harry Riccobene. Could've been pure gold if it had a good script and a good director. Guy Ritchie would've been a good choice to do both..

A comedy based on Jimmy Breslin's "The Gang that couldn't Shoot Straight" would be terrific. It was based on Joey Gallo's life.
