I think we can all agree the Gottis era is over, whether Peter Gotti is alive or not, I don't think Frankie Cali or anybody is kicking him anything. Unlike the Colombos where the Persicos still control it, the Gambinos have made it clear it's not the Gotti's family anymore.

The charts arent made purely by assumption, we use the indicments and reports that are available. As long as we dont have those Peter Gotti with his one eye is still the boss grin

I give you narducci and Chickie as my examples...if we apply the logic you've stated to malandrino, then you would have to leave faffy from "Philly" as capo because the last report from the feds said he was a capo and they haven't produced any updated documents that states otherwise
