I was watching a Frank Lucas interview and he claimed that some guy named Ice Pick Red which was a 6'3" skinny guy that would do hits for organized crime and the cops would have no clue who had the motive. The guy apparently had no qualms about taking another's life.

A ghost. There were Red Dillard Morrison and Red Cap Jones during Frank Lucas time, but Jones used a cane after being shot in the 1930's by one of Dutch Schultz men when Dutch was muscling in on the numbers racket in Harlem and was mainly an operator, did some boxing in his youth. 5'6". I believe he passed away in the 1950's. There is a ton of information on Morrison.

Yea frank made him up i bet. Red Dillard was a helluva guy. Rivals with Bumpy Johnson. Big time pimp, drug dealer, strongman and philantropist in Harlem. There needs to be a documentary on him as well. Bumpy Johnson had a decent one on celebrity crime files but i cant get my hands on it
