Man when i read this kind of stuff about the Russians im fascinated. Even though i dont like the russians and "root" for the Italian mafia i cannot help but to think the Russians are on a completetly another level. They are the only group where you have ALOT of articles where they have made bilions of dollars. And not numbers just thrown out there like on the drug revenues but like this "fraud" where you actually know how much has been stolen from the governemnt.

i think most of the article about russian mafia earnings are overrated anyway
italian mafia is strongly involved in frauds too (european funds, agrigulture, health etc.) , i think they have similar earnings
