Joseph Anemone "Joey Green Eyes"- Soldier - Ties to Cutolo and had a Racketeering charge in 2002.

Joel Cacace Jr. "JoJo"- Had a Extortion charge in 2010 in the Coriasco Case.

John Capolino "Johnny Cap"- Soldier in Mikey Catapano Crew had an extortion charge in 2008 in the Franzese Case.

Johnny Cap is 49 years old and was released from prison on November 9, 2011. He wasn't made at the time he was busted in 08, but due to the fact that he's the second cousin of Sonny Franzese and (I think) the first cousin of Mikey Catapano, it would't surprise me if he's been made since then. Hope that helps.

Don't think there is evidence that Anemone or JoJo are made but again, it wouldn't surprise me if they were.

I think that Joel Cacace Jr passed away in 2015.

He was actually pretty cool
Didn't have a big chip on his shoulder like almost all of these guys used to walk around with.

He was very unassuming at the time again meaning he didn't look or play the part.

I remember a friend of mine saying he couldn'y believe Joey had his own crew
Not in a bad way, Just in a surprised way

And yes he was around wild bill

He was on Wall-street for a while

I used to see him out in BayRidge on the weekends.

he was low key didn't get into any trouble that I can remember for being up there

Nicky Rizzo had guys up there as well
His grandson Lenny and his next door neighbor Sunny

If it was pre-2001, when do you think he was made? The Colombos were barred from making new members from 1991 until 2000, and since he was indicted in 01, that is a very small window of time to have been made, since he was too young to be made when the war started.

Also, Nicky's grandson Lenny is legit isn't he?

I honestly don't remember I know the indictment was at the end.
So it was before the indictment.

Lenny was a good kid.
Back then he was all legit my guess is he is still that way today.

Nicky had a couple of other guys that were kicking up from his crew Kenny Mandile.
The other two I am friends with and I couldn't mention their name.

Well, all I'm saying is that if Joey Green Eyes is made, he'd have to have been made post-2004. Post-2007 is even more realistic, considering supervised release.

And yes, Lenny Rizzo is a teacher. Since all of Nicky's kids are dead, Lenny is all he has left.

Also, I've never heard of Kenny Mandile. Got any details?

He was Nicks main guy at the firm.

He was making some big money back in the day.

After Wall street he was doing something with long distance calling for a little while.

He had three kids, and all died too young. His first son fell six flights down an air shaft at a construction site in 1982, his second son Nick was shot in a 1979 revenge slaying and his one daughter, Anna, OD'd in 1990. Real sad story.

At 20 he had a chance of a life he would have been home at around 60 years old.

That 50 was a life sentence
He got convicted of Conspircy to commit murder.
And obviously that B.S. about even if you were found not guilty if the believes you were guilty can sentence you as if.

At sentencing, the judge used his tape-recorded words to account for the 50-year sentence. Little Dino was recorded saying something like this, "I'll take 20 years with a smile. I can do 20 years on my fuckin' head" and the judge used that to suggest that Saracino wouldn't be rehabilitated unless he did far more than 20 years.

Little Dino is a tried-and-true tough guy, and he's got lawyers working overtime to see that he gets his sentence reduced. I have no sympathy for people who live off the proceeds of crime, but Little Dino got shafted in the ass - from a legal standpoint, he was not a murderer but got a 50 year sentence, and Big Dino was an admitted murderer of eight people and got a time-served sentence.

Can anyone answer this about Mike Franzese , how was he made in 75 when the books were reopened in 76? I can only assume because of special status (father) and money making abilities am I right??

That is a question that has been discussed a lot. Especially over at the blackhand forum. There are a lot of people who think that 1976 is THE date no questions about it and anyone who says otherwise is full of it. Personally I haven't done enough research to determine if that is indeed true or not. Those who believe that may be true I don't know. I would love to read the information that says 1976 and nothing sooner. I'm assuming they're going by Mary Ferrell documents and are taking informants word as 100% fact.

I'm of the belief that if he says Halloween 1975 then fine 1975 it is. Why would he lie? Could he just be mistaken and forgot the year? Possible sure but it just seems to me that as important as that day is for a wiseguy he would know and remember.

The counter argument to that is that Vincent 'Fish' Cafaro claimed he was made in 1974 at I believe the El Cortez restaurant. (I think that's the name of it) and it was discovered by someone (I forget who) that the restaurant wasn't even open in '74 so he had to have mistaken the date so maybe Franzese simply is mistaken as well.

Anthony Casso claimed 1974. I've read Nino Gaggi was made in the 60's. I've read Jimmy Nap Napoli was made in the 60's but his son in his book said November 1976.

I just have a hard time believing that every family waited until the books were officially open. Like Junior Soprano said "We break more rules than the Catholic Church" Now I get that is fiction but I think the point is accurate. It's an interesting debate however you view it.

They must have started making new members again at a slow and very select pace in 1974-1975, then taken in more as the next few years progressed.
