1. I assume you meant a predominantly white community not exclusive.
2. It's unfortunate and condolences to the officer's family. This isn't a case for social justice or hate crime. Mainly the 16 y.o driver is being held responsible and being charged with first degree murder. Most likely the other 3 will be charged with accessory along with the burglaries.
