Anyone know why Terrence Caldwell was spared from the Lucchese admin after he reportedly shot bonanno soldier Enzo Stagno? The hit wasn’t sanctioned and Michael Meldish organized the hit and prob used Terrence as a shooter to throw off police. Did the Lucchese admin not know that Meldish and Caldwell did the shooting?

I thought that Caldwell was implicated in the murder of Meldish? Meldish was behind the attempted murder of Stagno. In turn, Madonna suppodedly had Londonio and Caldwell kill Meldish.
