Tony Accardo apparently only spent 1 night in jail which is crazy considering going all the way back to the days of Al Capone, guys responsible for many many murders and other serious crimes
Roy Demeo I don't believe he spent any time in jail and he was a monster - allegedly killing over 70 people himself and running a crew who allegedly killed around 200 depending on the source, he likely would have went to jail if he never got killed
Ok, from now on, nothing goes down unless I'm involved. No blackjack no dope deals, no nothing. A nickel bag gets sold in the park, I want in. You guys got fat while everybody starved on the street. Now it's my turn. Frank White

Bet there’s loads who have kept under the radar publicly- meaning we would never hear about them. All the rest would’ve at least had some police attention etc at the least Some Genovese guys, I bet. Many of them had a way of just sticking to vice rackets that the police didn't care about, and avoided drugs. Regarding Tony Accardo, some researchers insist he never even spent one night in jail.
"...the successful annihilation of organized crime's subculture in America would rock the 'legitimate' world's foundation, which would ultimately force fundamental social changes and redistributions of wealth and power in this country. Meyer Lansky's dream was to bond the two worlds together so that one could not survive without the other." - Dan E. Moldea
