The most blood thirsty Mobsters and Associates always fascinate me, like they fascinate most of you I am sure. Who do you guys put on the list? A few that come to mind for me are...
Gerard Pappa (Geneovese) Sam DeStefano (outfit) Greg Scarpa (colombo) Nicky Scarfo (philly) Tommy Pitera (Bonanno) Roy Demeo (Gambino) Joseph Barboza ( Patriarca/Boston/Providence)
Those are just a quick few off the top of my head.

I would say Anthony "The Ant" Spilotro and Thomas 'Tommy Shots' Gioeli. Good ones! Totally forgot about Spilotro!

Not a LCN mobster but Griselda Blanco was involved in over 200 murders.

To keep it in the 80tys into 90tys. Put chin gigante in there. He didnt give any breaks. Like the guy like killing. He killed all the philly guys he told scarfo to do it. He placed hits on probaly 50 guys. In his family or others. Vic amuso n gaspipe were doing his biding Unfortunately for him he failed to kill the person who mattered most, Savino. They whacked people who were stand up like that Irish union guy who wasn't a rat yet left the rat alive numerous times.

Eddie (The Blond ) Falco was a Psycho. He was a soldier for the GV crew (Westside) , Chin had first met him in jail back in the 60's and had him come to the westside. Eddie really looked more Irish then Italian and Tommy Ryan once told Chin to Chase that Irish CS ! Eddie was just vicious , think he really enjoyed hurting people he once had a guy who he said spoke to much,, open his mouth , and Eddie stabbed him nasty inside of his open mouth. His brother Frankie Falco was shot and killed by NYC Cops in Times Square Hotel. Frankie had killed 2 cops in new Jersey. Had abducted both policeman and did god awful things to them before he killed them both. There was a book written about the Murder of the Cops called "Night of the Devil"
