IMO Sammy is a no good fuck!!! He plead guilty to armed robbery with a gun and selling meth to under cover agents.. he plead out before any of his co defendants got a plea deal on table. So now the others will get fucked cause there not getting any deals, and they cant even fight now cause he plead guilty! Tell me how that works if these guys take it to trial does sammy take the stand and say yea they did it with me since he already plead guilty? Also note he got 8 year deal on a armed robbery with a gun (already a career criminal) that should be 10 to life on that alone and also sold 219 grams of meth to under covers that's a 10 to 20 year.. so how does he get 8??

no they cant use his plea agreement against the others unless hes a cooperating witness. he just took his medicine before the others worked out deals threw there attorneys. he had the worst case with the most evidence against him. he or a video selling a pound of meth to a cop theres no winning that. plus he had the stagged armed robbery which isnt relly a robbery if theres no victim its fraud. the other dudes will be reaching pleas in the next few weeks it usually how it goes. if it was a global plea deal were evryone has to such a date and eveyones going to trial i guess they could be mad he fold and took the plea cause if he went to trial he gets 30yrs or something. that 8 dont look bad

So stripes the plea is a smart thing because he don't get maxed out. That's why it's a Plea deal. He will b out in 5 years. Already has over a year in. And the other guys already have their pleas but didn't go in front of the judge yet. Drugs is a dirty business

Guys sorry to sound like a ass but I'm very very close to One of these guys and it makes me sick... trust me in was around alot of this shit that happened to them all. Not involved tho! think i read somewhere they had till like april 15 to work out plea deals. after that date the da say fuck them were going to trial. i bet that guy sammy held out to the last day but knew i want to come home 1 day and not in a body bag. that guy joe eletric and the old guy must maybe think the judge will rule in some motions for them. maybe supress some evidence or something.

He was able to fool people that met him in the restaurant or because of it ....I don’t know of anyone he got his hooks into so someone was keeping him out of there or that was a deal breaker for his spouse and business partner but I bet his partner may have some not so good things to say.

Also at the NA meetings there are some vulnerable people and from what I herd he was low key but who knows what he really did ,that may of been a good place to get people on the edge willing to do some stuff.

For what it’s worth as of April 15th Sammy started renting out the top floor of his Atlantic City property now too as well as the bottom floor which was already rented. I’m pretty sure he always used to use the top floor as his summer residence at the shore for him and his family (Sister who is Dom’s Mom and Dom).

did the feds get rid of mandatory minimums. or atleast give the judge discretion to sentence a drug guy to whatever he wants if he pleads guilty. im pretty sure if you go to trial the still hammer you. but the herion shit is so huge up here in massachusetts i see guys indicted for selling 100s of grams to co operating witnesses and there getting like 5 6 yrs. but then you see some one get a 15 or 20 here and there too. the crazyist fed law was a mando 5 yrs from distrabution of more then 5 grams of crack. but you coulod get caught with a kilo or 2 of coke n get the same time. those drugs laws are nuts. but it keeps the prison industry complex keep chugging lawyers making money judges and the cops
