Going to Detroit soon for a few days, any suggested places I should go see (Mob related) that are interesting? The Red Fox is gone, any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Most of the places that you would probably find of interest have either closed, been torn down, or have been utterly remade. The most infamous site that I recall was the Broadway clothing store which is where Demetrius Holloway was removed from the planet in 1990. That was a shock if only because I had been to the store once or twice. But that store has closed now I think.

These two sites have some suggestions. Eastern Market is likely the only place which would still have some modern ongoing mob/mob related ownership here or there. Some mobsters used to stay at or own a piece of the Book Cadillac hotel.

Detroit Sites WIth Mob Stories

"When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies but the pack survives."
Winter is Coming

Now this is the Law of the Jungleā€”as old and as true as the sky; And the wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the wolf that shall break it must die.
As the creeper that girdles the tree-trunk, the Law runneth forward and back; For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack.

You could drive down Middlesex in Grosse Pointe and check out some of the mansions the Toccos, Zerillis, Corrados lived at.
