They had his fingerprint on a car rental form that was used in the Siefert murder. And the wife knew his voice. If they'd have whacked the whole family he'd have likely never been convicted. They had mercy and let her and the kid live. Plus then the rat testified in the Family Secrets trial. He was a stand up guy. RIP
