Lawyer Piccolo used Louie Barbone is good, he is Eddie Jacobs partner in the firm in AC. He's good, but he is no Ed Jacobs. Why didn't he go with Jacobs? Cost?

I am unfortunately familiar with the firm from when I got jammed up. Eddie is top dollars, Louie is Eddie's firm partner and a great lawyer too.
Eddie is the best trial Lawyer money can buy and Louie is great at working out pleas and talking to people behind the scenes from my personal experience. I bet if it went to trial he would have used Eddie. This is just my hunch and what my gut tells me from what I know.
In all, they had Sammy Piccolo dead to rights- which lawyer he used really didnt matter in this situation. There was no way outta this one without taking it between the eyes. When I got jammed up on a driving charge mine was useless LOL. What did you do, Dante? If you don't want to share that's perfectly understandable.

As a rule the guy is older because of many factors and also the pool of guys that want it and that are capable in the bosses eye are slim now days . Gone are the days there is a large pool of guys that are totally qualified . And right now in Philly something is strange with the top ten guys from the last twenty years are not active, something is not right unless Skinny it letting these old skippers and high ranking solders to drift away . The fact that all those guys are on the street and nothing is being said about them being active is very very strange I know a couple are sick but there are many that were next to Skinny all through the 80’s- 90’s and nothing.

Everyone loves DG in South Philly, I have never heard a bad thing about him. He is as stand up as a guy you can find nowadays and he acts more like a seasoned guy in his 70s.
Dom was raised right by his mother Rita after his Dad ratted on his own family when DG was just a teenager and the family totally disowned DG's father. Dom is making some serious money too these days and is respected across the boards. Yea I imagine that has something to do with how stand up he has become I couldnt imagine my dad ratting me or others around me out fucking nuts!!!

Like the brother in law this guy piccolo who just got the 12yrs for meth. Hes a free man and wayne grande made up a plan with the feds and sunk him then got a free pass Over and over and over ! The entrapment laws are not same for regular folks . But if you set up a scam in some way entrapped the public you would be charged. Feds can make up entrapping any mob guy that falls for it and they and the rat or who ever the Feds use everyone goes home but the guy they entrapped. Over and over and over.

Speed traps are technically entrapment. Clients are regularly busted in prostitution stings. People looking up material they shouldn't be online [CP] are caught in stings. And all kinds of folks are caught in these drug stings, not just LCN. It was serious quantities of drugs these guys were playing with. I read Grande is who the feds believe was the shooter in the Di Pietro hit. Some friend letting Nicodemo take the fall for him, huh?
