I was told by a friend That’s an associate & is being groomed by a captain that he switched because there’s too much competition in the Gambino Family to be made, he didn’t wanna wait the 10+ years they make you wait. Figured it was cause there’s less competition/maybe easier to get a button. Very strange. Although Philly did make a NY guy before - John Praino in the Bronx.

I was told about Tuccio late summer 2019 but these are his exact words “you see that guy Peter Tuccio? He used to run with the Gambinos but switched to Philadelphia because over here, it takes 10+ years of association to become a made guy. And it Philadelphia it takes around 5-9 years and you don’t have to earn or do as much as you have to over here.†He also told me about some beef between the Sicilian of the Gambinos & Joey Merlino. And I’ve asked about him & some other guy that tells me stuff here & there and it’s all been true.

Not exactly on topic but related....I wonder about the Gambino Sicilian kid that got pinched that has the Espresso shop and pizza joint in Northern Liberties in Philadelphia. Gotta wonder did the Philly guys know he was there or did he just set up shop? Somebody told me that he also purchased a commercial property in South Philly that is right next to a major Philly guys house. If that's a coincidence that's fucking wild.

I saw George Borgesi and Anthony Accardo talking to another guy today, aren't those two supposedly legitimate these days? I never bought into that so and so looks a psychopath or they got eyes of a killer, but Borgesi looks like one evil guy. Anthony Accardo I know nothing about...… but Borgesi ..that stupid fuck..I ripped his ever changing baseball cap right off his head during a heated exchange back in 1987 , right in front of Faffy , because he was siding w/ Tory Scafidi over throwing my clothing stand @ Broad & McKean st. ….I'll never forgive or forget that weasel..he didn't do shit b-cause they both knew my old man was w/ Scarfo...Fuck George... Funny you bring up caps, because he was wearing a hat that was at least two sizes too big, looked goofy as hell.

Borgesi ALWAYS wears baseball hats and I have never seen him wear the same baseball hat twice.
The guys house must have over 1k baseball hats, wonder how he stores them- I have a hard time storing my extensive baseball hat collection.
I have never seen him not wearing a baseball hat in person. I know theres pictures and videos of him not wearing a baseball hat when hes in court or out at a restaurant. Never knew him as a adult but as a kid he always always had one on even at beach. Also he was wearing them with matching sweatshirts way way before it was a thing . We where wearing Flia jogging suits and he was wearing the caps and sweatshirts and pants like the black kids did before the Caucasian guys did and he would take heat.
