The gym not being open is killing me.

I always do a 16 -20 week cycle every summer. I just run 500 mgs of test a week.

Thats a long time to be on 500 mgs of test. Are you using propecia? Your dht levels will be through the roof .
I responded much better to the anabolics and used 75-100 mgs of testosterone just to function properly since even the most mild anabolics will shut down natural T .

I think 500 a week of test is an average amount. I inject twice a week.Anything over 750 a week is questionable. I dont suffer from hair loss or gyno when running anabolics. And I always go heavy on my pct .To get my natural test back. I Did 10 -12 week cycles before, they weren't long enough for me. You got to remember every one's body is different and act differently to certain anabolics.

That being said i might start running only 250 a week until the gyms open back up . Inject 125 twice a week.

Im guessing you are young. After 40, your body becomes much more sensitive to dht.
For TRT, 35 - 40 mgs 2x per week is a great dosage. It gets total T levels to 700-800 and keeps it level. Once per weeks renders to high of a level.

I'm in my 40's. Being on Trt and juicing for the summer are 2 different things. I'm not on trt.

As I have gotten older the only thing i have notice i cant do orals like Dbol.or anadrol anymore. Fucks with my blood pressure.

Eq works fairly well and is safe. Deca is good but has progesterin like effects and is very suppressive.
T is safe at low dosages but remember all this stuff has a negative impact on LDL and HDL cholesterol. Also enlarges the left ventrical of your heart. Another concern is increasing hematocrit ( blood thickening ).
I juiced for 20 years and was a HUGE defender of all things steroids.
After 45, most guys get prostate issues. Not cancer but enlargement which is no fun waking up at night to piss two or three times.
It starts off by your urine stream not being as strong as it was in your twenties and then gradually getting worse.

No weights... use rubber straps for resistance then try to run 5-8 miles four or five days a week that’s all in am , if I cant run then I take the bike out and do the island all depends on the wind if I do to Ocean casino and back to Longport jetty .

Same if I am out of town always find a place to run rarely on treadmill.

I have a very good treadmill which i use almost everyday. I am doing push ups and some dumbell excersizes, although they are only 25 lbs.
