The Latin Kings came out to stop looting in the business district of their turf. It seems it was effective but do you think that the order came down to do it or it was more of an organic thing?

I think it was more of an organic thing. Same thing happened in Cicero.

Definitely organic as the looting wasn't expecting to carry outside of downtown. Unfortunately some unexpected conflict spurred based on misguided actions/commentaries on social media platforms. Turn into a LK v Blacks theme then LK v Black mobs & a few people were harmed. Things quickly resolved thankfully.
