Maybe add LA to Lou's list? Yeah if we are thinking of Black and Hispanic street gangs. For LCN? Definitely not. LAs family was always small and in fact other families were sending their own people there even though it should have been off limits. Also, Vegas is considered to be in the LA familys sphere of influence. But it seems they don't control it fully themselves but would partner with other crime families. Like Buffalos back in the 90s where Stevie The Whale Cino from the LA family and Bobby Panaro, a Close Todaro relative from the Buffalo family teamed up to murder Fat Herbie Blitzstein who was in the Outfit in order to steal his book/shylock. People were actually going to Vegas and using another high ranking Buffalo members name, Leonard the Calzone Falzone. Instead of saying so and so from LA wants me here. Yes I am aware the mid west families ran the Vegas casinos and skim but that didn't preclude other members from other families from operating there
