What year was Philip Rastelli on the streets?? I compare him to Carmine Persico as a ineffective boss; but they both has a 2-3 year period on the streets as boss.
My question is;
Do anyone know when Rastelli was out on parole; and what was his reign like on his 2-3 years on the streets?? Was he holding meetings; etc?
Did Corallo; Persico; Castellano; Gigante/Salerno respect him?

Two bugged convos between Fat Tony and other Genovese guys had them mocking Rusty's attempts to get his Commission seat. Chin also backed the three capos.
