In the modern day the biggest numbers operators I know of are Vinny Basciano and Anthony Palumbo who got his numbers stores from Jimmy Nap....

A March 1986 raid on DiBernardo's office seized alleged "child pornography and financial records." As "a result of the Postal Inspectors seizures [a federal prosecutor] is attempting to indict DiBernardo on child pornography violations" according to an FBI memo dated May 20, 1986.

I’m reading Cigar Aficionado and there is a nice article about the families vs the Cubans. It’s good stuff a d definitely worth checking out fellas. November/December of 20 edition.
