Yes, Antonio Colombo was his name I believe, and he was killed in 1939 for his infidelity. That's when traditions were strictly enforced.

Steve Bouras, the head of the Greek mob in Philly, was killed with his girlfriend Jeannette Curro in 1981 in a restaurant hit. John Martorano and disc jockey Jerry Blavat were also at the table. Little Nicky Scarfo had apparently ordered the hit. Curro was the aunt of another made Philly mobster, Joe Crutch Curro.
