I don't care what happens to this kid but I'll say one thing, holding him without bail for making bogus threats in the heat of the moment is horse shit...NYC is releasing Antifa and BLM people who are actually committing violent acts without even having to post bail...
They were upset that he was doing a podcast ?? Who gives a hoot ?? The kid was trying to make an honest living...Its not like he's gonna get a job at Morgan and Stanley Yeah, you are partly right. But the guy is violent and impulsive so the government are taking extra precautions. You don't wanna be threatened by a guy like him, because he's a capable guy and he's done it before. It's not like you are being threatened by a physician that never committed a violent crime in his life. He has also been diagonsed with bipolar disorder and ADHD. I just read that he has been sentenced to 4 months in prison. So, I guess he's lucky for not getting a harsher sentence this time.

"...NYC is releasing Antifa and BLM people who are actually committing violent acts without even having to post bail..."
"...he's a capable guy and he's done it before. It's not like you are being threatened by a physician that never committed a violent crime in his life."
Both are true and it's not just NYC but in cities across the USA liberal DAs have a revolving door policy towards certain criminals and choose to apply the full weight of the law to others.
If Borrello gets 4 months for threats based on his record then anyone making threats with a similar record should face the same sentence. Most of the protesters arrested aren't kids acting out, they've got priors. The difference is the thugs looting, rioting, burning cities and attacking innocent civililians have become a cause celebre with even our current Vice President helping to raise their bail.
Nobody ever said life was fair but it does get ridiculous at times. Well spoken but in my opinion those Antifa and BLM people are not perceived as organized crime members. The Mafia has had a brutal reputation since the dawn of time. Antifa and BLM people are perceived as victims and they take the victim role and not a full time criminals. In contrast to the mafia they prey on the weak and take whatever the can. You know the government don't like competitors. They wanna have full monopoly on taxes and everything that goes in the country. Therefore organised crime members and ex mob guys gets harsher sentence whatever they do.
