You have to request it under FOIA. Would likely take years and be quite expensive to do though

Good luck with Rava. Somebody else trusted him but was told the files were lost or destroyed because of hurricane Katrina. I’m not joking.castellano’s file is all over online. You should be able to find it easily enough.

The FOIA Act is a joke, they give out very little even after decades have gone by.

When searching on Mary Ferrell, you're best doing an advanced search and putting your key words in quotation marks. So, for instance, instead of searching Paul Castellano, I'd say search "Paul Castellano" or "Paul" and "Castellano".

When you hit the free search limit, you can start again if you start using an incognito tab. So keep opening new incognito tabs to avoid the limit.
