Saw a video that swears Alite got punched in the face and knocked to the ground. Anyone hear this? Happened last week in Tampa at a strip club with Micheal “the clown” Dowd. Alite and Down have the maturity level of a 7 year old.

I found this, the guy looks like a cartoon, but seems realistic in his story. Who knows? Maybe true, maybe not.

According to some reputable people in the life Alite wasn't anybody. He has embellished a lot of his stories and connection to Gotti. I know there are pics & vids with them together, but was their relationship really as close as he claims? IDK, something about him wearing those dumb*ss shades indoors on his studio rubs me wrong. I dont know about that. I do know years ago he got beat up in Queens at Sugardaddys. As far as I know he was not invited, and was told to sit at the opposite side of the club. I honestly would not he surprised if he did get knocked down to the floor in Tampa.

Close with Sr Gotti? No, he was around Jr and was more Jrs paparazzi entourage. He really was held at arms length, until Jr needed cash and started making stupid moves in fear that his position would be lost. Alite was one of those guys as Jr needed something outside the influence of Arnold and them. If Jr was smart he would have sent a guy to scout florida properly, as well as heed the advise of those veterans that were still speaking with him. That was a stupid move on Jrs part and even his father knew it and made it known, but it was the proposed members list that really made Sr want to beat up his son and that is a different story. Anyway Jr should have listened to Jackie and got rid of Alite as Alite had gotten a bad rap on the streets of New York. Alite was really a nobody that was in the right place at the right time. As far as I can figure out, Alite was not on record with any one and was a hang around, if he was somebody he would have been an associate or if not an associate, then someone that was respected in his area and John Alite was not.

Alite is a pathological liar who basically turned bullshitting into a form of art.

Funny thing is that for years and years the guy was YEARNING to be an Italian. Then after he became a stool pigeon and wiseguys didn't want to have anything to do with him anymore he tried to play up his "Albanian-ness" actually believing Albanians view him as some kind of Albanian gangster royalty.
And to be honest I don't even think he's actually an ethnic Albanian. I've known plenty of Albanians and his family name sounds completely alien to me (basically all Albanian surnames end in -i, -a, -aj and sometimes -u). The village his parents are supposedly from has a large Greek minority and they have different surnames that do sometimes end in -e so my best guess is that he's actually descended from that community and not from the ethnic Albanian one.
He got his butt kicked after crashing an Albanian party at a strip club thinking they would all start kissing his ass. Kinda pitiful really...

As much as I can't stand Alite, I'd rather we keep his personal business out of this. I feel bad for him, only his daughter passing. I don't feel bad for him getting punched. Hell, I wouldn't even feel bad if he got shot. But there's some lines you don't cross.

Totally agree 100% with Liggio. I would take no pleasure in anyone losing their son or daughter, especially when the kids are completely innocent of whatever the sins of the father are.

In the end, Alite's only real crime (these days) is that he's a lying, self-aggrandizing egomaniac covering for the fact that he was really a nobody.

I certainly try to be succinct. It's a major discredit to British journalism that the venerable and gentlemanly Trevor McDonald fell for his BS. I would rather have watched Alite interviewed by one of Sacha Baron Cohen's personalities.

I am not sure if Alite, was still with Gambino’s in Fl or he was freelancing.

He got chased out of Queens, that’s equivalent to shelling a made guy.
You chase him out of the neighborhood, and he is not welcomed back anymore.

I would go by Alite not denying it happened. I posted a video above of a guy who claimed he is the one who did it, However I don't know how dependable his version is, or if he was even there.

How ironic - and entirely fitting - it would be if the guy who claims to have punched John Alite was lying in order to self-aggrandize - ol' Johnny would finally be getting a taste of his own medicine.

And further to Jace's point - you have to admit, John has demonstrated some remarkable honesty (for whatever reason) about the more embarrassing things that have happened to him in recent years.

Like Henry Hill's baffling decision to disclose the fact that he had been raped on national radio, John was only too pleased to acknowledge that he would suck a horse's cock - which he did more than once, I believe.
