In the biker world, the Hells Angels is the top biker club in all of Canada. In Quebec, they have no rivalry and they reign supreme. The Quebec chapters and the BC chapters are some of the most wealthy biker clubs in the world.
In the other provinces, even tough the hells angels are number one, there are still other groups that are strong and not puppet clubs. You have the presence of the Outlaws MC in many provinces, like Ontario. In the 70s, the Outlaws MC were in the province of Quebec, but they lost the first Biker war in Quebec against the Hells Angels. The Bacchus MC is a big factor in the Maritimes provinces.
In Quebec, there were many biker wars, the most famous was the second biker war between the Hells Angels and the Rock Machine.
-Satan’s Choice MC from Ontario vs Popeye’s MC from Quebec, wich result with the death of 20 persons.from 1974 to 1976 - the First biker war from 1977 to 1984, in Quebec and Ontario, between the Hells Angels MC and Outlaws MC, which result with the death of 62 to 72 peoples. The Hells Angels won that war. - the second biker (also known a Quebec biker war) from 1994 to 2002, between the Hells Angels MC and the Rock Machine MC. Which result with more than 160 deaths.

The street gangs scene is very diverse in Canada. Just like other countries. You have many different groups that are simply street gangs, but many of those street gangs that are mentioned in the news are more than street gangs, they are organized crime groups.
In the Prairies the most well known gangs are from Natives. Groups like the Manitoba Warriors, Saskatchewan Warriors, Alberta Warriors, Red alert, Indian Posse and others. They are a major factor in the jail system. Cities like winnipeg are very violent, and are known to have a high murder rate.
In recent years, the gangs of British Columbia have been making the news alot more. Gangs of different ethnicities are at war. You have the most well known gangs like UN, Red Scorpions, Independant Soldiers. Those gangs are made of of indian/punjabi but also white people, asians and probably other ethnicities to a lesser degrees. In 2009, there was a war between those gangs.
Now there seem to be new players in the gang scene of Vancouver, groups like Brother’s Keepers and BIBO gang, and they are really active in the new 2021/2022 gangs war of Vancouver.

Yes in Canada, the jamaican got a strong presence in Canada. Mostly Toronto. Since Toronto got a huge jamaican population, the Shower Posse were and a stilll probably a factor in the drug buisness in the city. Many jamaican-Canadian gangs were getting there drugs from the Shower Posse and maybe other posses from Jamaica.
In the 80s and early 90s, jamaican crews were also heavy on the western part of Montreal City. Hoods like cote des neiges, ndg, lil burgundy, lasalle and lachine were full of jamaican gangsters. Crews like the bronx massive, grand massive, wakley crew, goodfellas and others. Those groups were probably link to some posses from jamaica.
