Lol dude nobody in Europe makes fun of the Camorra. Also, Imperiale was more of a freelancing affiliate. He never seemed to be a stable figure within any Camorra clan. First he was allied with the Di Lauro's, but he turned on them after the Secondigliano split.
When it got too hot in Naples he went back to do business in Amsterdam where he quickly got himself into a debt with the organization of legendary Amsterdam crime boss Robert "Mink" K. He got friendly with El Rico (who basically became the main contact person for the Colombians in the Netherlands) who helped him out in a one time deal. Through this deal he got himself in between the dealings and later on feuds of various criminal groups who all worked with Rico at one time: the organization of Mink K., Ridouan Taghi's clan, Samir Bouyakhrichan's clan, the organization of Danny K. (who's another upper echelon Amsterdam crime boss), the Gacanin's (a Bosnian clan who were for a long time based in Tilburg) and internationally also the Kinahan family.
Imperiale is obviously a very talented broker (in Naples he coordinated a ton of ventures between the Camorra clans from Secondigliano and a an Albanian clan), but he didn't seem to be trustworthy in Naples and given the fact that he's now telling on the Dutch, Moroccans, Irish, Bosnians and even Colombians it seems like he's consistently only looking after his own interests.

Richard RV aka EL Rico is seen as one of Gwenette Marta's heirs. And with that he would play a role in the feud between various Amsterdam and other internationally operating groups. The year 1988 was the year of the Chilean murders in criminal Amsterdam. In the autumn, three Chileans were murdered in quick succession. The latter became known as the so-called murder at the herring cart (in the Uiterwaardenstraat); Da Silva had taken care of that. This murder took place in a truly mafioso manner: the passenger of a motorcycle shot the person involved as he passed by. The background to these settlements was the disagreement between an originally Peruvian and a Chilean organization (although the memberships would later become mixed up) in which the latter, led by B, was held responsible for a ripping action. Personal contradictions also played a role.
The organization in the background in Chile seems to have thought that they should settle their differences in Amsterdam themselves. This violence in itself was not a sign of the market being taken over by another criminal group. The coke market expanded at the end of the eighties and there was enough room in this market for different groups.

The South American (as opposed to the Caribbean) cocane trade in Amsterdam is organized in a rather typical way in some respects. Firstly, it is striking that this is organized supra-locally. Amsterdam may be an important center, but South Americans do business at the level of the Randstad and beyond. Amsterdam is considered attractive (and in that respect preferable to The Hague, for example), because the control of illegal foreigners is considered less strict or less effective. The second thing that stands out is the exceptional variation by national origin in the personnel of the Colombian drug trade in the Randstad (and Europe). Most cases investigated by the police show that temporary networks are usually formed, which do not exclusively include Colombians; often they even form the minority. In Colombia the cartels keep their workforce closed, in Europe they have to leave much to the local underworld or to (otherwise) legal companies that allow themselves to be used. It includes Yugoslavs, Israelis, Moroccans, French and Spaniards. However, by far the most important national connection is with Italians, Five or six pizzerias in Amsterdam have functioned for years as the places where decisive agreements on trade and transport were made.

Thai boxing
Imperiale says he met Rico R., originally from Chile, in Amsterdam in 2008. They were at the gym doing Thai boxing together and developed a friendship. However, they never became business partners, Imperiale said.

Imperiale describes the Dutch who work internationally in the top division of the cocaine trade as a network of different groups, which then do joint projects with those, and then with those.

3500 kilos
Rico and Raffaele had mutual acquaintances who, according to him, were in the trade. Mink Kok (62) and the British Billy Meech were partners, according to Imperiale. At that time, Kok lived in Beirut with his Lebanese wife. R. sought contact with Meech, who had been married for some time to a Colombian woman.

Rico's contacts with South American suppliers made him interesting for Meech and Kok, according to Imperiale. Rico became Meech's "right hand man," he says.

Imperiale was also working on a series of “jobs” from South America together with Meech and Kok:

I did a 6 ton job (…) from Brazil, a 2500 job and a 3500 job. That 3500 kilo batch went through and exactly the week it arrived in Naples, Billy was arrested.

That was in 2011 when Mink Kok and Billy Meech were arrested together in Lebanon for 50 kilos of cocaine.

Pay another 52 million
Imperiale had a problem, he says, because the 3.5 tons of cocaine was a joint venture between his Secondigliano group and the group of Mink Kok and Billy Meech. He wanted to pay Billy Meech another 52 million euros.

Rico and Raffaele met each other in Beirut. Rico tried in vain to get Meech out of the cell. Imperiale then told Rico about the 52 million he wanted to pay.

Rico was angry about this, because he knew nothing about this deal, even though he thought he was Meech's right-hand man.

Billy Meech was liquidated in Mexico in 2020 .
