Even though my posts here don't get much attention, I'm bumping this because YouTube's outrageous censorship system restricted my original upload due to "graphic violence" after 20K views even when nothing even remotely graphic was shown. So I had to edit it, upload again and start from scratch. I want to reshare with mob fans to try and overcome the stifling policies that are frustrating creators so any engagement with the vid on YouTube would be appreciated.

Your production value is outstanding, and as I mentioned to you, it's a shame you had to do all that (after all the work you already put in) and lose all those views. Looking forward to Part II.

There are definitely a lot of guys out there with interesting stories. You know, I was wondering about those new Dellacroce pics that have been floating around myself. The thing that makes me question the authenticity - the keyword being "question" - is the police number under the 1930 mugshot. I'm not saying it's not authentic, but it's good to know someone is trying to verify the authenticity. I'd be interested to know the original source of it if you come across it.

Kudos to you Iceveins. Lisa and I know there's a lot of work that goes into these videos. Especially good high-quality ones like you produce. And we are also aware of the uneven, biased way YouTube "judges" and "blocks" videos. Very draconian in their approach. Their bedside manner sucks!

Right, the poster said he got it directly from Dellacroce's FBI files and I asked him to just post a screenshot of the page or something to verify the pic's authenticity and that's when he stopped responding. The youngest pic I've seen of Dellacroce must be when he was around 40 so when a barely visible mugshot of a supposed 16 year old Aniello Dellacroce appears out of the blue I just can't take the word of someone on the internet that it's him.

Yes, indeed thank you. YouTube is definitely overzealous with their policies and you have a lot of videos so you know all that goes into the research/narrating/editing. Is it you and MafiaStudent that run Mob Fireside chat?

But in all fairness, MS is the one who is hands on in the actual production of the videos you see. She's got a lot of talent.

Ok got it, sounds good. I actually don't watch much Mafia content on YouTube since starting this venture as to avoid repetition as much as possible but I instantly recalled the woman narrating mob vids and I believe I may have gleaned some info from the buttonguys site before. I have a bunch of vids completed just waiting to upload but now I have to go back and re-edit all them to make sure they are PG rated!

Good video. What was the reason for Lombardi storming the Ravenite twice and attacking them? He had to be out of his mind.

Lombardi was a drug dealer who had a long rapsheet and had been investigated for 2 murders. He had some kind of beef with Dellacroce's bodyguard Carmine Consalvo, possibly over drugs. It stands to reason that Lombardi was affiliated with another family but I don't have any evidence of who....but as you said, storming the Ravenite twice, kid was nuts.

That is just Youtube being idiotic. Graphic violence is what they often live off. They have videos of beatings, riots, fights, stabbings, dead bodies and so on. Glad to hear they finally let you put up your entire video.

Exactly but they are implementing the unfair policies mainly against creators who are monetized. They are finding any reason to use vague and inconsistent policies to not have to share revenue with smaller creators yet they will still run their ads on your videos! All the while, their cash cows like movie studios can post scenes of beheadings and not face any restrictions.

It's become a communist-like, monopoly of an app.
