The St Louis family is defunct, and has been for some time. Joe Cammarata died in 2013. According to my research, Tocco was never made. There are 3 of the "old school" guys left: Frank Palazzolo (~77) Vincent "Vinny" Cammarata (~69) and Fernando "Nando" Bartolotta (~66). None of them have been arrested or in any public trouble for well over a decade. The last news on any of them was when Nando made the casino black book in 2009. There are rumors of activity, but running a small book does not qualify as a functioning family in my humble opinion.
