Ok so Scott Burnstein says he is absolutely certain that DiFronzo was a rat because he dodged Family Secrets and spent virtually no time behind bars!! In addition to that he claims he's spoken with informants who saw DiFronzo meeting with agents at headquarters. Yet, there's NO paperwork on the guy. NOTHING!!!!
