Albert Anastasia's murder wasn't Commission sanctioned. Joe Bonanno didn't even know it was happening and the evidence points to Gambino not being involved in the plot.

What about Antonio Caponigro; Murdered at a commission meeting due to ordering the death of Angelo Bruno; Wouldn’t this have been sanctioned at the meeting or already had been set-up.
Joe Magliocco; Not murdered but wasn’t he forced to step down as the Profaci family boss (Commission boss??)
I don’t think the Carmine Galante was commission backed; Wasn’t it a in house cleaning by Rastelli?? He was boss so he really didn’t have to go to commission.

According to Gregory Scarpa, Persico and Gambino boss John Gotti backed a plan to kill the lead prosecutor, and future New York mayor, Rudy Giuliani in late 1986, but it was rejected by the rest of the Commission.
