I disagree. As a whole, taking into account population, blacks commit more prison rapes. If you go to a federal penitentary where there are an equal number of blacks amd whites, blacks overwelmingly commit more rapes. Thats a known fact.
Same with violent crime on the street, blacks overwelmingly commit more violent crime than any other group by a very wide margin.

There are people from Asia/ India that come to this country with little or no money and not being able to speak our language but yet they find a way to succeed and while poor, they commit very little crime especially violent crime.
The biggest problem in the black community is total lack of family structure. Until the black community decides to fix it themselves, we will be having this coversation 50 years from now.
