I know I mentioned it before, but didn't Dominick Cicale commit mortgage fraud against his own grandmother? It doesn't get any lower than that. And these are the type of people that the government will let go in exchange for other criminals because they're too lazy to do some high-tech investigative work. Using informants and rats is the easy way out. It's become way too easy these days because everyone's ratting. Takes the fun and excitement out of being in law enforcement if you ask me. I totally get that there’s always been informants, and it takes informants, but my point is that it's on an entirely different level of ridiculousness nowadays.

Once again, IMO, you cannot be an informant, a rat, a Benedict Arnold, without having a very weak "moral fiber." It just doesn't happen.
