Seriously. Cicale mentioned he was looking for a guy his father had a fight with. His father and this guy were friends but were doing drugs and they got into a scuffle. They later made up. Cicale says he went looking for the guy and was going to chop off both of his hands and then pour gasoline on the wounds so the hands could not be surgically put back. To me, that is extreme Evil and sick. If a person is capable of doing such an inhumane act, he was just born evil and twisted.

He is an idiot, after a while all these youtube rats run out of stories. I wonder if he told prosecutors about this when he turned rat? They give him and others like him long questioning sessions, and ask them to report any crimes they ever were involved in. I did not know about his father being a drug user.
