With all the current laws and so forth, who would actually even want to be a mob guy? Also lets be honest most guys who are involved have to resort to drugs and prostitution to make $$$. All the other rackets have become legalized.

Not very glamorous at all.

You will always have guys who want to be in the mob because they just don’t want to work for a living
Whether it be cause they are lazy or just hate working for a diffrent reason some people just don’t wanna do it . Some guys will join for a feeling of belonging as does anyone who joins an organization whether it be legal or not .

You may not be getting the top tier guys of years past but you will always have someone who wants in

The guys they are recruiting are all fucked up on drugs and have class x felonies for the most part. The talent pool is the worst it ever has been.

There will always be traders, bookies, drug dealers, pimps etc demand and supply.
