Note:
• Joseph Aiuppa as the consigliere might be something similar to how Anthony Accardo was IDed as being in the same position around 1985
• Sebastian Gulotta and Charles Vince were Rockford members
• Joseph “Shorty” LaMantia is possibly erroneously identified as a member, given his later introduction issue with Frank Calabrese Snr in prison
• John Monteleone was listed as the underboss in a previous June 1993 membership count, here he is listed as a captain (probably more accurately?)
• Due to the redactions, it’s hard to tell which names are missing. Some that jump out to me:
Andriacchi (redacted?), DiFronzo brothers (at least one is not listed), Rudy Fratto, Albert Tocco (redacted name before Vince?) and Anthony Zizzo (last name?)

My opinion is that around 1992/93 Monteleone was either still a capo for the powerful South Side group or shared the number two position together with EP capo Andriacchi, under DiFronzo. Some speculate that there was an alleged conflict between the EP and Chinatow/Cicero crews regarding the top positions and allegedly thats why DiFronzo gave the throne to Monteleone so they can keep the peace, meaning after DiFronzos reign, Monteleone became the official boss, possibly with Andriacchi as his number two guy or underboss.
