Frank Toots from Chicago and probably Bellomo in NY. Much respect for putting Toots as your top guy next to Bellomo. Toots is a very smart boss and will more than likely retire soon to a nice life without any indictments against him. I firmly believe Ferriola is the one calling the shots now anyway kicking up to Frank who is getting ready to live out his Golden Years which are much deserved. Well he became a capo the moment when Monteleone became the boss, meaning the mid or late 90's, and from that point he was always on a straight line and was never touched by anyone. He became a capo before anyone of today's Outfit and so, "many moons ago" (i dont about Scott), several "street" sources speculated that Caruso was in fact the leader of the organization, and not Solly D, something which for me personally makes a lot of sense. On top of that, he always had the "Mafia blood" in him, or since the 1930's and 40's when his great ancestor Bruno Roti Sr. became the boss of Chinatown and the South Side mob.
Mongol General: Conan, what is best in life?
Conan: To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women.

Yes wouldn't surprise me either considering his history and his father along with Bruno. Do you feel his son is involved at all? I for one am not really sure. The kid seems to not be a guy you want to really be involved in my honest opinion. He posted photos of his house for example on social media a few years ago and it was taken down shortly after. I am sure his father put an end to his social media bragging flashy bullshit. Frank Jr. just seems like a kid who needs to be focused on a legitimate career and not in anyway shape or form involved in his fathers business or associates. He just does not have the mindset or maturity to be successful in my honest opinion living a life like that. If I'm Frank and it takes me $$$ to keep that kid away from my daily business I wouldn't hesitate to do so. Way too much to lose in my honest opinion if he's allowed in. I know Toots bought him a cigar store in Bridgeport to focus and and hang out at. That was definitely a smart business decision in regards to the big picture. Looking forward to your opinion.

Even though he likes to take pictures from baptisms and weddings, and acts like a "Mafia prince" to an extent, and I dont blame him for that because he has all the rights to act like that, by also beating that black kid 100 years ago and that's it. Theres nothing more on him and thats why I also dont think that Junior is a "member" or even a "associate" of the Outfit, since he already has all the money in the world from his father and uncle, and the unions or city contracts are the best thing for his future and his family.
