Note:
• There was still a somewhat significant amount of inactive Detroit members alive at this time
• Joseph Matranga was probably inactive and may not have ever had a crew
• Vincent Meli was possibly an acting administrator by this time
• Anthony Palazzolo might not have ever been a captain
• Scott Burnstein identified Anthony Tocco as the consigliere around this time but he was indicted as a captain
• Peter Tocco might’ve been a member
• Other active associates not on this chart include Vincent Giacalone, Dominic M. Corrado (later a member), Michael C. Bane, Salvatore Tocco, Anthony Corrado, Jack V. Tocco, the Messina brothers (presumably?), Louis Stramaglia, Tony Tocco, possibly the Rugiero brothers etc.

So back in the mid-late 1990s' you're figuring Detroit had about 6 crews, is that it?

Yes, I only post my own stuff - thanks for the kind words

While the Giacalone brothers and Anthony J. Corrado had pretty clearly identifiable crews, I personally doubt that Joe Matranga was active in any capacity despite still being listed as a captain in 1996

As for Anthony Tocco, it's hard to tell who was around him formally so that might lend to him being an administrator by this point though being IDed as a captain in the indictment complicates that. When it comes to Palazzolo, his consistent description as the "Canadian rackets overseer" might indicate that he was a captain but he hasn't ever been properly identified as one as far as I know

So realistically, they probably had 4, maybe 5 crews by this time

Maybe someday Nove Tocco will hit the YouTube circuit and provide some insight
