Suspected Colorado members Frank and Vincent Mortellaro apparently had ties to Cheyenne, Wyoming for a time, possibly involved in bootlegging there with the Smaldones (all were Denver-area figures). On top of that, you also had the various Rock Springs suspected Colorado guys like Louis Boschetto, John Anselmi, Peter Zanetti and maybe also Joseph Salardino at some point as his son George was born there
"Big John" Campanella, another possible Colorado member, was a bootlegger and saloon operator active in Cimarron, New Mexico

I believe Joe Pistone, as "Donnie Brasco," planted flags for the Bonannos in Florida. He also went on a mission for them in Milwaukee. New Jersey Bonanno soldier Tony Riela was the go to guy for the Bonannos in the midwest. He is the one who arranged the meeting between Milwaukee boss Franck Balistrieri and lefty Ruggiero and Donnie Brasco through his connection to Chicago and Rockford made guys. Tony Riela was first active in Illinois before coming to NJ/NY Where he got straightened out by the Bonanno Family. He was well connected in the midwest so whenever the Bonannos wanted to get in touch with someone or do business in the area, they would go through Tony Riela.
