He does not say how he got the video, the feds who handled him must have given it to him as a gift for ratting. Just be watching it you can see how Gotti, like him or not, handled it better than most would have.

Watched it the other day, hard to make some of it, but Gotti Snr really was some man!

If you turn on the closed captions on Youtube it picks up most of the dialogue, more than what was put on there by the editor of the video.

Gotti even sick had a charisma about him that can't be taught. This guy definitely should have been in Hollywood as an actor in films. He could have easily been casted in Mob movies and done exceptionally well along with other true crime dramas.

Hollywood?? A guy like Gotti would be more useful in the military with his type of mindset. But it shows where people's priorities seem to be nowadays: Fame over everything.
