Just wondering why blacks are not fearful to carry out a hit and 50% of the time know how to get away with it? While Italians for some reason are fearful of doing the same thing and seem to always get caught.

Not true. Blacks usually always get caught. Blacks, whether everyday thugs or gang members also engage in a lot of random acts of violence and shoot anyone for any reason. They will shoot someone for a pair of sneakers or shoot a 12 year old girl for her iPhone. It's a lot of random nonsense. Thats why blacks sometimes get away with it. Mobsters never did or engage in that at all today. Blacks are by far, some of the most unsophisticated violent criminals in the world. You think a black can ever control a union or a pension fund ? Its obviously the recruiting pool that gangs have to choose from. There are no Italian ghettos anymore, therefore the guys who were wired the same way are dead or so old they are not involved anymore in that kind of violence. Jewish ghettos played a big role in Italian organized crime also and they do not exist anymore either.

To be honest, I dont think anyone can understand the widespread violence within the black culture and black community, it's insane and so reckless. A lot of it has to do with the black community's acceptance of young single mothers having multiple babies out of wedlock. Thats the crux of their issues.

Also let's just be honest that Italians in today's culture are just not violent people in general. They have become extremely civilized. The old school way of thinking doesn't really exist anymore.

Now will they still use physical force if necessary? Absolutely.

But killing someone over a debt for example? No way. Its just not the way they prefer to handle business.

Even though there have been black leaders who have created large criminal organizations like big meech or larry hoover; most blacks live in poor neighborhoods where their parents are either dead, in prison or if present are involved in gang activities.
So bad education from parents, school dropout and widespread poverty so killing, stealing and dealing drugs are normal activities and prison is a way to show you are tough.
While Italians have been integrated since the 1950s so they preferred to make money and enjoy it avoiding prison than to make a lot of money in a short time and then spend 20 or 30 years in jail.

Plus, we like to enjoy a nice dinner with the wife and kids and entire extended family each Sunday. Which becomes a bit difficult when you're locked up 1,000 miles from home with a baloney sandwich in front of you staring you in the face. LOL
