Carlo Gambino’s Longtime Consigliere Joe N. Gallo ...An excerpt from Joe Gallo’s story; He was known for always having a quiet demeanor and gave off the appearance of a confidant, sharp, and savvy mafioso. He was also known to be very intelligent and well-spoken and a man who was a notoriously fastidious and sharp dresser. But although low-keyed and quiet, Gallo was alleged to have performed numerous contract killings for the Family in his younger days. In fact, it was alleged that he actually traveled around the country as directed by superiors to “eliminate” their enemies. Carlo Gambino’s Longtime Consigliere Joe N. Gallo was interesting. He had a base of operations out of Astoria Queens and was mentioned in the Joe Dogs book. I always wondered how he hooked up with Tommy Agro with whom Im very interested in finding info about. Yes, thats right, Joe Gallo lived in Astoria for many years. He would also sometimes 'hold court' in the neighborhood as well, although his primary base was always Manhattan which was right over the 59th Street Bridge. I'm not certain, but I believe Tommy Agro became acquainted with Gallo through Joe Armone aka; Joe Piney, who Agro grew close to. As I think I pointed out in the biography I wrote about him, Gallo always had a small group of soldiers under his wing, one of the closest being a guy by the nickname of Tony Pepsi, who came over from Italy in the 1950s-60s and, arguably, became one of Joe's top men as time went on. Joe became a heavyweight in the garment district (like most early hierarchy members) -- especially after inheriting many interests of 'Staten Island Joe' Riccobono who formerly held the consigliere post before Gallo.

I'm really surprised this site let you take it over and peddle your own website which is behind a paywall.
Oh, well, it's why I don't come around anymore. You're right, she ruined it here. Answers her own posts every day, and puts up nonsense. Like children's {challenges & whatnot ?}....notice I'm not around 2 much anymore either??..but my initial standoff was about other posters bullshit politics....
I didn't want to leave blood on your carpet...
