Im a veal chop guy as well. Grilled nice and thick for me instead of breaded & pounded thin.

Veal Saltimbocca for me. Two reasons. First, it's damn near impossible to find good quality veal scallopini--veal that isn't tough and gristly. Second, does it come with real prosciuitto. vs. some random ham slice? Find a restaurant that satisfies both, and you've found a place that'll get everything else right on its menu.

Today is my birthday so my wife and I are going to my favorite Italian restaurant in the city. I have a strong connection to this place due to a very dear friend that I used to go there with who unfortunately passed away a few years ago from prostate cancer. Plus I love the food and the owner so its the perfect place to celebrate and they are known for their veal dishes Turnbull and always have some excellent specials.

Name and address of the restaurant, Rush? I'll try it if I'm in the area. Happy birthday!

Veal Parmesan is my go to, but I enjoy so many different Italian dishes. Osso Bucco and Bistecca alla Fiorentina are great. Shrimp Scampi with pasta is always delish

But you had to play it cool, had to do it your way
Had to be a fool, had to throw it all away

Pizza if I have never been there before. Gotta try it out in all joints.
