That he was a refugee. Anti-Jewish pogroms in the 1880s drove Jewish communities west and thousands of Jewish people from these communities came to the UK to settle or to move on to America. You think if Kosminski was JTR it was retaliation H? I do believe there was way more to it if Scotland Yard really wanted to solve these the murders they would have. Beginning in 1891, Kosminski was institutionalised after he threatened his sister with a knife. He was first held at Colney Hatch Lunatic Asylum and then transferred to the Leavesden Asylum.
